[FEATURE] Correction of non-padronized and non-formated issues

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I was seeking for some issues that I could solve and contributing, I saw some troubles like non-padronized and non-formated issues, with images or other texts in place of the project pattern (like this I'm describing). I put some examples on below. This can disrupt new contributors with the project, and disrupt the project itself. I believe that are completed issues that did not was closed, but this stays for other Issue request :)

Describe the solution you'd like
Review each project issue and flag the ones that have pattern problems or format failling, tag the person who started that issue, and check if it's solve or not. In some cases, complete the issue with the right pattern and the correct informations.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Review and tag uncompleted issues.

Two of then I did some commentaries with a little of I believe that will fix the problem.
