Different behaviors between fancyss plugin and Shadowrocket on iPhone

I have your plugin running on my ASUS RT-AX86U and I have different behaviors with some websites, apps and domains under the following 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1: iPhone 13 connected to home WiFi served from an ASUS router with fancyss shadowsocks addon (ISP: China Telecom; mobile network off on the iPhone) -> some problems loading Instagram and Reddit content (buffering, stuttering, not loading at all).

Scenario 2: iPhone 13 connected to home WiFi served from an ASUS router with fancyss shadowsocks addon (ISP: China Telecom; mobile network off on the iPhone) plus Shadowrocket running on the iPhone connected to the exact same node as the home router -> everything works perfectly.

Anyone can help to debug what is happening to have different behaviors on the same device, using the same nodes and same ISP?
