Setting the same boldFont does not work in xterm

The README suggests to disable bold display by setting the font and
boldFont resources to the same value. However, this does not work for
me. The xterm manpage says:

Specifies whether xterm should check if the normal and bold
fonts are distinct before deciding whether to use overstriking
to simulate  bold

Which suggests xterm actually ignores the boldFont resource when it's
the same as the normal font.

Instead, I've found that just setting the allowBoldFont resource to
false prevents xterm form displaying a bold font, as intended. Perhaps
you can update the README to reflect this.

Also, it seems that xterm displays bold using bright colours by default
already (boldColors resource). Perhaps you should explicitly note this
(instead of the current absence of any note about xterm in that
section)?
