Needs a progress indicator after fs choice

The process takes a bit of time and shows nothing that it does anything. A progress bar would be great but even a rotating indicator of action would be helpful for the user.

I don't lose hope to find inspiration to rewrite the code some day.
At the current state there are other issues that are far more important than having a progress bar. For example, browsing cluster map is almost unusable. The scrollbar is broken, and scrolling itself takes too much CPU. I don't remember how I approached data handling, but it's clearly not scalable enough. I suspect there is O(N²) somewhere.
