It would be nice to have the possibility of having a dropdown list with the institutions in the database, given the fact that they're all public, to make it easier for registering resources and / or namespaces linked to an existing institution.
An extra option 'create' should be provided to allow the input of a new institution.

At the request form, we could make the name an auto-completable that brings the institutions from the database and autocomplete the rest of the data.
