gnome-news crashes after removing and re-adding a feed

If you remove a feed and than re-add that feed gnome-news crashes. When trying to add that feed by hand the following error is raised:

$/usr/libexec/tracker-miner-rss -a https://github.com/ignatenkobrain/gnome-news/commits/master.atom
Adding feed:

url:'https://github.com/ignatenkobrain/gnome-news/commits/master.atom'
Nachrichtenquelle konnte nicht hinzugefügt werden, GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.Tracker1.SparqlError.Internal: UNIQUE constraint failed: nie:DataObject.nie:url (strerror of errno (not necessarily related): Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden)

It seems feeds don't get removed completely from tracker
