The drag'n'drop pattern might be also used to simply re-arrange the order (i.e. exchange the positions) of participant windows in the Tilde View - I think this is also a very intuitive and common used UI pattern. If we offer this also, the breakout action trigger might be modified, e.g by require to hold |

I have an idea to ease the handling of break-out rooms by using drag'n'drop (and allow this action for any participant).
User Story:
Let the participants get together on a room as usual, lets say at 'meeting'
In Tile View (and maybe also on the side bar), everybody is able to drag his own "window" and drop it on anybody other.
On this action, with the technical means of the existing Breakout Room feature, a new breakout subroom is created and the two participants are passed to it.
It should be also possible
The name of the breakout room should use a random postfix to the original one (as already used in Breakout Rooms, as I remember)
If the participant leave the breakout room, they should re-join the main room.
Because this a new, white area for me, I started to play around with drag'n'drop as a POC at #220
