Hi, will the bump up script cause a data loss of files in octoprint ? Or lose spool setting from plug ins?

Hi, there shouldn't be any data loss during OctoPrint update. The user data is saved inside /.octoprint. I recommend creating a backup inside Octoprint UI or backup that folder
