I only care to see data from certain regions, certain EC2 instance types. Is there a way to selectively filter the output.

I tried to edit the list of regions and the list of json_name_to_regions_api in awspricingfull.py but that didn't seem to work.

I'll keep reading the documentation and see if I see anything else, worst case perhaps I can filter it with grep.
