Describe the bug
Enabling QTTabBar on Win11 23H2 does not work

Reproduction process
Steps to reproduce:

Windhawk 1.4.1 with Classic Explorer Navigation Bar 1.0.2 installed and enabled (settings: Classic ribbon without tabs)
QTTabBar 1.5.5-beta.9 and Net Framework 3.5 installed on Win11 23H2 22631.3593
Open File Explorer > Select the tab: [View] >> Click on the [Options] >> Select [QTTabBar]

Expected Result
QTTabBar must be enabled in the File Explorer when I select [QTTabBar] from the [View/Options] in the File Explorer.

Actual Result
Nothing happens when I select [QTTabBar] from the [View/Options] in the File Explorer.
