Newbie Question - Integrating Ink with Google TTS

Hi Folks:

I am new to Ink. I can program (haven't programmed C# in a while). I am curious. Has anyone integrated Google's TTS (or Amazon's Polly) with the Inky editor/Ink runtime? If not, what should my approach be if I wanted to try? Is there a notion of a plug-in?
