Context

The present method to add comment is slow as it guides the user that the comment will be added after several minutes.

Proposal

The proposed feature should work similar to the given below:
comment_section

Additional Resources

This problem has been explained in past issue #42

Success Metrics

If instead of showing a message saying that the comment will be added after several minutes, it gets added instantaneously.
