Broken image in cantaloupe

I suspect this is a problematic image but the following URL gives unsupported image format:

Does this work in a local version of cantaloupe?

Checked with a local version of Cantaloupe and it does work. Checked the live URL:

and it also works

Works in Mirador for version 3:

But the version 2 manifest doesn't work:
