This is weird since the error signals that you don't have the privileges to create the symlink. However you seem to be root and there was no problem in creating the ld-2.27.so file. I also was not able to reproduce the error.

Could you provide more details on the owner of the directory by running ls -al and also do id just to be sure that you are actually root.

Moreover please install the dependency that the purple warning is telling you about. But I think this should not solve the problem.
