Feature request - LAN mode for network without internet

Hi developer,

it would be nice to have a LAN modus that it works in a network without internet.
So I think it would be nice to have the possibility to create a dedicated server and e.g. connect via IP.
(On my LAN-party location we did not have internet, so currently not possible to play that game)
