Filter box pops up at the top of the window

When clicking the filter button for Status in the Jobs list, it pops up at the top of the window.

@adamdriscoll My browser window is 2558x1391. That's the normal size I have it at. Also, it seems to only bee the Status filter, and furthermore, after the first time where it's displayed at the top, if I dismiss it and try it again, it shows in the right spot. So it seems to be only the Status filter, on the first click.
