Description of Issue

When i go into vscode and edit this file so i can use copilot, when i save the ps1 i get this error in PSU notifications.

Invalid configuration: E:\src\psu\my_data\UniversalAutomation\Repository\.universal\endpointDocumentation.ps1
The process cannot access the file 'E:\src\psu\my_data\UniversalAutomation\Repository\.universal\endpointDocumentation.ps1' because it is being used by another process.
