Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Right now, extension modules that provide resources like apps, scripts, triggers etc, need to be installed in the Modules directory of PSU. We should have an option to discover and load these modules from the environment itself. We are already doing module discovery so this shouldn't be an issue.
