I assumed HDLserver.ELF would not work when started with NO_NETWORK release BUT works! so happy been using mx4sio support alot

Been using "no network" release I have no use for "HOST" dont need it while moving files, I'm going start using NO NETWORK BOOT aswell for magicgate & NO NETWORK MX4SIO for SD homebrew. early release moving PS1 saves were failing but I tested 4 releases variants of wlaunchELF all seem to work for moving tonyhax international TH SPL gameshark code generated files to apply gameshark codes pre exploit game boot. Thanks for updates only the BOOT.ELF was working before to move save files on ISR
