After some failures, in Jupyter datachain is getting stuck in closed database error #660

Not sure there is an easy way to reproduce, but this is concerning. Need to investigate. I'll keep adding more details if I can repro this.

It's happening after one or two UDF failures:

it starts throwing on any DataChain query, and there is no obvious to reset that state.

It is super painful in Jupyter (since you have to restart). Let's please prioritize this.
