Only user id is shown

I have a question, if i make a giveaway and mention someone in the title of that giveaway, only the id of this Person is shown.
Why is that?

For example here:

Only the id of a Person is shown, is that on purpose that no one can see the name? Or did you just never expect anyone to mention someone in the title?
