OSGi / Spifly Provider for jakarta.ws.rs.ext.RuntimeDelegate cannot be found

jakarta.ws.rs-api does not support dynamic weaving by Apache SPIfly which leads to problem I uncovered and documented in

eclipse-ee4j/jersey#5834

These issues are tightly interconnected - please consider above issue as main issue!

would you be willing to integrate this patch? Is there anyone who could mentor this?

This is a JAX-RS (restful) API, not JAX-WS, so opening an issue in the this repo - https://github.com/jakartaee/rest is what I do would.
