Activity groupings

Currently, activities aren't grouped. After using Kiwi for a couple of years, this results in an enormous list of activities that can't be quickly utilized. To make sure activities remain easily searchable and indexable, grouping functionality could help.

Solution space
Multiple solutions are possible, but they'll basically be variants on groupings of activities. These can be in the form of labels, categories, recurrences of earlier activities, etc. The issue with this however, is that users will most likely only start using this functionality when cluttering starts, which is too late. The question then is, how do we add sensible activity groupings that are automatically utilized from the start?
