Nov 1 2025: Time to renew AWS EC2 Savings Plan

As for https://github.com/jazkarta/naocc.content/issues/36

Log into the AWS console, "Savings Plans", "Inventory", choose the current plan, and click the "Renew Savings Plan" button to enable it to automatically renew. This will initiate an automatic renewal on the next expiration November 25th, 2025.

Do this for both Go Orchids and the Sample Management site.

Create a reminder ticket for next year.
