Bot taking up to 1 min to scan a couple of US pages but will scan 30 UK pages in a minute?

As per title, I've ran these instances on the same machine, different machines, with the same Page sleep times, with different sleep times but still scans US sites reeeeeaaallllly slooooowly compared to have fast it scans UK sites.

Must be an extra setting somewhere I assume, anyone know where it might be and what to change it to?
