I get this error (in the Sonos app) when using TTS or playing a media file:
Unable to play 'koffietijd.mp3?authSig=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpc3MiOiJiYjE1MzY2OTVhNDQ0OGZmOWEzODE2' access denied.

Don't remember offhand, but a few hours I believe. If you see this file in your Sonos queue (check the native app), delete it and see if the error goes away.
Playing media using this custom integration shouldn't ever cause this issue as it doesn't add the audio files to the Sonos queue.
