Add FTP only works once

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At first load select 'Add FTP' button
2. Select 'X' to close out or 'cancel' (not actually adding an FTP connection)
3. Select 'Add FTP' again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The popup to enter in the FTP information should popup again, but it does not

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm not sure of the version, I just installed on chrome 11/13/2012.  I'm 
running a chrome OS machine.

Please provide any additional information below.
The temporary fix for me is just to reload the page and then I can select the 
button and it will work again.
