Unfortunately, some variable names in the config files on the new Locaion https://ebus.github.io/ have changed.

Example (one of many others):
file: 15.ctlv2.csv
old: hwcTimer.Monday0
new: HwcTimer_Monday0

This means that the values with the old names can no longer be read or written.

Is this intentional, if so, how can this be corrected without much effort or how can I continue working with the old names?

I also updated from ebusd-configuration towards ebus.github.io
Now all values are added as a duplicate in home assistant due to MQTT auto-discovery

Looking to it it seems some small changes in capitals might have triggered this
Old:
homeassistant/sensor/ebusd_vr_71_SensorData1_s1/config
New:
homeassistant/sensor/ebusd_vr_71_SensorData1_S1/config

Effectively breaking all my automations, removing all entities and add it again means I need to again customize all icons and names
