Send to HA the sending address alongside the message

I have an Ariston branded HVAC systems, Ariston uses a highly modified eBus command structure, in some cases I'd like to pass to HA also the sending address (QQ) for some messages, is it possible?

I have messages of this kind:
7ffe203b0184

where

7f - QQ / fe - ZZ / 203b - PBSB / 01 - LEN / 84 --> payload I'd like to grab

the messages I think are related to bus discovery protocol where each device on the bus answer to a request from the first master that issue the discovery (usually 00, with a 203a PBSB command).
After this command I see many answers where each device send a reply with 203b PBSB where the QQ is the master address and the payload is the slave address.

I'd like a single line to grab the payload and pass it on with the sender address.
The fallback procedure should be to create in the CSV one line per each QQ possible addresses but it would be less funny :)
