answer command: ID limited to size 4 ?

Is the answer command limited in length?

answer -d e0 b5210000 00 --> done
answer -d e0 b521000000 00 --> done
answer -d e0 b52100000000 00 --> done
answer -d e0 b5210000000000 00 --> ERR: invalid position

What I am doing:
Faking an aroCollect queryexistence with:
answer -d e0 0704 b54f4d55303001315202
which is successfull and returns the proper response:
raw log: 2024-03-27 17:56:07.313 <03e007040089>000ab54f4d5530300131520230<00

What I want to do:
Fake an aroCollect response to a status call from the heatpump
<03e0b5210900002014e4ffff46001b
I see the call above, but it expects a reponse like f.e.:
<03e0b5210900012200e6ffff46001b>0b0106d5ff2a00074759ef00

What I expected to work:
answer -d e0 b52100012200e6ffff4600 0106d5ff2a00074759ef00
but this results in:
ERR: invalid position

Retry with a simpler response:
answer -d e0 b52100012200e6ffff4600 00
results in:
ERR: invalid position

Making the PBSB[ID] part smaller results in a 'done':
answer -d e0 b52109000020 00
done

But this doesn't answer the long messages on the bus.

Is it by design the max length for ID is 4?

I managed to make it work with the truncated message.
I can now answer to the command when the first 4 ID values are the same.

This command reacts to the longer command now
