Make a command in my csv get polled

I have crossed many hurdles and found a way to interact with my antique WRSol controller. So I created a directory tem besides the weishaupt directory and put a fc..sc.csv inside. Looks like this

I tried using a _template.csv like in the weishaupt folder which contains a line
_16_Temp10,SIN,10,..C,Temperatur

Now I can issue a

ebusctl r tko
21.2

which returns the collector temperature. Fine. But how can I tell ebusd to poll this in a regular intervall?
There are values which it polls, but I can't figure out where this is flagged.
