Agent Associative Memory (embeddings.json) is Not Updating

I have followed the steps outlined in the readme to run the base_the_ville_isabella_maria_klaus simulation. However, after running the simulation for >15,000 steps (until the evening of February 14), the agents' associative memories have not changed. For example, all of these files are effectively empty:

• simulacra/generative_agents/environment/frontend_server/storage/oct18817/personas/Isabella Rodriguez/bootstrap_memory/associative_memory/embeddings.json
• simulacra/generative_agents/environment/frontend_server/storage/oct18817/personas/Isabella Rodriguez/bootstrap_memory/associative_memory/kw_strength.json
• simulacra/generative_agents/environment/frontend_server/storage/oct18817/personas/Isabella Rodriguez/bootstrap_memory/associative_memory/nodes.json

This is the case for all three agents.
