Problem

currently the sysextensions installed in /var/lib/extensions(non TB) and in the boot partition (TB) are visible and loaded by all the booting variants (active, passive, recovery)

Notes

  • Can it be a virtual mount based on what we boot? (use /run/extensions and mount on the fly based on what we boot)

Acceptance criteria

  • Extensions are separated from active and passive
  • There are ways to have extensions that are applied to both active and passive
  • Extensions can be managed both for TB and non-TB environments with feat: Sys extension management #3068
