AggregateSyntaxContextReceiver type is not part of the NuGet package #2

AggregateSyntaxContextReceiver type is not available as part of the v0.0.1 NuGet package.

Kindly release an updated version to include that type as well.

Also if possible include a SyntaxReceiver to find All classes with a given attribute.
