WebSocket 相较于 HTTP 轮询对服务端和客户端的压力将会减小很多

订阅wss的all_eew会收到所有的api推送，使用type字段可以判断是哪家的平台，内容字段与原来的http json应该是一致的 https://wolfx.jp/apidoc
