When a daily note is added, if configuration has this feature enabled (or there's an option on the command line to override configuration), look for the daily note immediately prior to the one being created (walking back to skip weekends and holidays) and find all of the unfinished tasks in it.
For each unfinished task, append a link back to the previous daily note and copy it into the new daily note. Then, mark the original task as postponed (maybe use [>]).
If the user is asking to create a daily note that already exists, don't create a new note, but do run this process to carry forward any unfinished tasks to the existing note.
