Plesk Docker Installation Backup Process

Hi,

Current Setup: Ubuntu, Plesk and Docker installation
I will declare I'm relatively on the mid level knowledge and experience with Docker, I'm learning so much every day.

My current process was to monthly grab and snapshot of the dockers (App and DB).

We that was a terrible idea. As you probably gather, i was playing around with the multi setup and I completely blew up my setup and lost my complete mailing list, we are talking about 1000 subs :(

What would be the best process to backup both the dockers (App and DB). Should i gram and Image, instead of a snapshot?

Its going to be a long weekend.
