Exclude Subscribers via List or Status of previous send

Problem description:

We would like to exclude all subscribers from 1 or more lists from a campaign.
We would like to exclude some subscribers based on status of previous broadcast from a campaign.

Solution requested:

Similar to functionalities in other email marketing software like Simplero we would like to be able to

Create a list of criteria which subscribers to exclude - e.g. all those that were sent a previous campaign/broadcast

Re-Create a Campaign for RESENDing to e.g. all non-openers
