Current Behavior

See issue in konveyor/static-report#129

The kantra report is not properly showing all the rule information, only the title (the description field in the yaml). It should also show the description of the issue (the message field).

Previous comment was my misunderstanding of problem reported by Karishma, I was wrong, it is not relevant.

Update Issue Description

Issue Description field might be too short to provide enough information about
fixing the issue, appending incident Message to it to make it more useful.

This is more a workaround/quickfix, long-term solution is explained in
ticket below.

Related to: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MTA-4421 and konveyor/kantra#341
