Dropdown does not open with bootstrap 3.3.7 and jQuery 3 #12

Bootstrap 3.3.7 adds compatibility with jQuery 3, but in that case bootstrap-dropdown-hover does not work properly, when you click in the dropdown the page reloads and the dropdown does not unfold.
And the hover just work randomly, like 2 of 10 tries and I can not find a pattern for it.
