I noticed two issues when I boot my t560 docked:

  1. dockd does not set "docked" profile on boot
  2. when I undock and dock again dockd sets proper profile but displays go offline after ~8 seconds

I've got T560 with i7 processor without discrete graphic card (so Intel HD only). I've tested two docks: 40A1 and 40A2 with the same result. Displays (2x dell u2417h) are connected to dock via displayport (with daisy chain). I tried version 1.21 and 1.30 on fresh arch installation.

If I boot my laptop undocked everything works as intended. Any thoughts?

For 1., see #12

For 2. – I think I experienced something similar. I have to check again. Are you sure that no other (old) services/scripts react on the docking and interfere?
