Network Manager Applet does not clear closed Wireguard connections

Bug description

After closing wireguard connections using wg-quick, the connections still appear in Network Manager applet

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to a wireguard connection using wg-quick up
2. Disconnect also using wg-quick down
3. Connect again & disconnect again
4. Repeat 1 + 2 a few times
5. Check network manager applet, every single instance of a connection appears
   

Expected behavior

Connections are removed from the applet once they are closed

Additional information

Also occurs with the mullvad app, I can see several wg0-mullvad wireguard connections that don't work if I connect and disconnection a few times
