Out of place Cryllic text tool tip in JSLint menu

When the cursor is placed over the text "Assume console, alert,..." under Tools > Options > Miscellaneous > JSLint, the following text appears as a tool tip:

по сути, можно в конце строк ставить, как в js — ничего плохого не < b>qweqwe < /b> будет (-:

I closed this issue because I found the text in a resource bundle, and it seems intentional. However, I reopened the issue in case the author (or someone) wanted to consider translating the text into English to match the rest of the plug-in text.
