Neither the CAPI app nor the PDF offer great documentation for downstream use cases (e.g., data cleaning, prep for consumption aggregate work, etc.)

Need to describe the steps for recovering the answer options.

Broadly this is:

Find the question in Designer
Look at the filter condition
Find and download the lookup table used by the filter condition
Look for the values in the table (or the default values allowed if no values found)
