2025_01: MTL Manual, update More Information Page Administration section

The current More Information Page Administration section needs to be updated to reflect v3.7. The More Info section is currently being worked on. The manual section can be updated with information & screenshots once that task is complete.

AC:

• MTL Guides & Navigation Pages:
  • update screenshot
• MTL Links & References Pages:
  • update MTL Links screenshot
  • MTL References screenshot likely to stay as-is
• Update Links and References: there should be no needed changes to this section
• MTL Modules Page:
  • may need new screenshot if information shown in current screenshot changes
• Update or Add Module Information: there should be no needed changes to this section
• the entire section of More Information Page Administration is updated & live in MTL Manual

fyi @lzim - Moving this card to January as my December work is currently overscoped. It made sense to me to change the milestone for this card as it's an Admin user-facing update and there is likely not a need to have this documentation immediately once teams are live (versus field user documentation, which I'm prioritizing).
