Need identified in Research issue 880 to set up Zotero.
Steps and instructions found on same card.

AC:

  • Steps needed to set up Zotero and relevant screenshots added to chapter 13 of manual.
  • Information live in Team PSD Manual.

Thanks @ljmoody - I'll just note that there is already Ch 13 on this, so it's really about making sure it is current to what is on #800.
