Do you accept PR to with new allowed vendor?

Some of our packages ("swissup" vendor) are published on both packagist, marketplace, and our private repos and we'd like to prevent "Higher matching version ..." error for our modules when the marketplace version is not updated yet.

So the question is, will you accept a PR that will add the swissup vendor to the allow list?

Is there any update with the solution around this? If not, is it possible to get a timeframe when the private repo will be updated? The recent update for the swissup/module-theme-editor to 1.10.4 is causing issues with magento cloud and we are planning on deploying the site soon.
