Can't enable Selenium in compose.dev.yaml file

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open compose.dev.yaml file
  2. Try to enable selenium

selenium test+%E2%80%93+compose dev yaml+2023-02-23+18-02-59

The configuration is in compose.yaml now. I've created PR to update readme.
