Memos should be title-and-description

Similar to git commit messages, emails, Trello cards, ...: You have a short title and an optional longer description.

fl history (#14) etc would (by default anyway) only show the title, not the description.

Informal proposal: (I'll probably start working on this, but feel free to give feedback of course)

fl hangout FRIEND DATE MEMO works as before for a one-line memo.

fl hangout FRIEND DATE opens $EDITOR (later: configurable) with the following, a la git commit:

# Enter a memo above. If multiple lines, the first is used as a summary.
# Lines starting with '#' are ignored, and an empty memo aborts the hangout.
# Logging hangout with FRIEND on DATE.

Also I've assigned myself the issues I most want to work on next but feel free to take em from me (esp. if I don't get to them for a while and you'd like those features to exist)!
