System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Gnome desktop, Cricket_2.6.1_all.deb.
If you right-click the .deb file in the file explorer and open it in Software Installer, you get the following info:

This needs the following corrections:

  1. Do not repeat "User Interface for controlling MCCI USB Switches and Connection Exercisers", once big, once little. If there's no extra info needed in the second line, leave it blank. Or else provide additional information, something like "Manual or automatic remote control of plugging/unplugging USB products devices, with cross-platform support."
  2. "No details for this release" -- we need release notes, including at least how to launch the UI after installation.
  3. The project website must link NOT to mcci.com -- and by the way, it is not www.mcci.com any more -- but rather to mcci-usb/COLLECTION-cricket-ui.
  4. Naming is not consistent. Is it "cricket", "Cricket", "cricket-ui"?
  5. Is there an opportunity to supply a logo in the upper left? If so, we should.
